Can I use the Renoir® over my makeup?
It is not recommended using Renoir® over your makeup, for the most effective results, clean your skin with a cleanser, then start the treatment.

Should I apply moisturizer or serum before I use the device?
Creams and serums should be applied after using the device, the skin needs to be clean and dry for the device to be most effective. We recommend applying high-quality moisturizer after each red light and topical heat treatment.

Can I use the device in the shower?

Renoir is an electrical device, keep away from any water source, wipe clean after use with damp towel. It is also recommended not to get any moisture inside the device.

Can I apply cream and/or serum after I use the device?
Yes. It is recommended to hydrate your skin after using the device.

How long should I charge the device prior to its first use?
The device should be charged overnight or for 3 hours prior to the first use.

How often should I charge the device?
The device should be charged in between each use to ensure extended battery life.

When should the red light be on?
When the device is turned on and in contact with your skin the head of the device will display a red light. The red light is the Infrared LED light therapy.

Will my device work everywhere in the world?
Yes, the Renoir devices work on 100-240v (rated voltage), so you can use it anywhere in the world, with the appropriate adapter.

Is LED light therapy safe?
Yes, LED Light Therapy is clinically proven to be safe for all ages and skin types. Photorejuvenation does not harm the body in any way. The light waves are safe for any skin type.

Does LED light therapy hurt?

Is it possible to get an allergic reaction to the device?
No. The light is 100% natural. There are no side effects.

Why does my inner ring light look different than the outer ring?
